1. About us
AR CART LTD, company number 17426784, registered in England and Wales at 8 Sommerville Avenue, Manchester, M9 4LZ, United Kingdom. Contact: ahad@arcartltd.co.uk.
2. Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Consumer statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are not affected.
3. Placing an order
By placing an order you make an offer to buy products at the prices displayed. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — the contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to reject orders (for example if a product becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs).
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice but will not change once your order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Time estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel most orders and return goods for a full refund. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described. See our full Shipping & Returns policy.
7. Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total price paid for those goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (copy, images, design, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
