Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may be updated. Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free delivery

Free standard delivery is offered on qualifying orders. The current threshold is displayed in the site announcement bar and at checkout.

Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel and return most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, email us at ahad@arcartltd.co.uk with your order number.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of unsealed skincare or cosmetics products for hygiene reasons, unless the goods are faulty.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or damaged goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any applicable return postage costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
